Cybernetic Eyes in Combine follow the same logic as rare items:
Shop / NPC: fixed low price (in this case, “promotion, 80 eyes”), just as a reference.
Player-to-player market: you can sell them much higher than the shop price, up to 5 times more, depending on demand.
So, if you get or buy them from the shop, there’s a huge potential profit when selling on the market.
