Why bring a cybernetic?
After I installed my cybernetic, I no longer needed to spend 7 points, and in a skill I already had at 3, I jumped to 5. It’s a huge advantage.
You’re effectively skipping 7 levels, which is a lot of progress you’d otherwise have to grind for. Plus, you go from skill 3 to 5 instantly — making it very worthwhile.
