Another quick hotfix to address a couple of major issues

- Fixed a priv issue that was preventing leaders and 2IC from creating listings for their faction shops (#131)
- Fixed a couple of queries causing slow downs and causing long loading times to other users by locking database tables
- Fixed an issue that prevented some users from seeing faction events
- Fixed an issue that caused some reviews to display "Unkown user" or "Unkown faction"
- Fixed some stock listings with no stocks still appearing in a few places
- Fixed a minor ordering issue for news articles
