A small update, mostly focused on fixing a rare but rather problematic bug and some urgent admin changes.

- There is now a button to review old orders in the Order History pages
- Added a check when registering accounts to prevent an edge case that allowed two accounts to be created for the same character
- Some additional work on the administration side
