A quick sync to address a number of additional bugs that have been fixed. Thank you to all who have reported issues so far!

- Factions were unable to post listings in certain situations
- Faction requests were not appearing correctly
- New default image when a user lacks an avatar
- Typo fixed in faction events
- Events from before the new site should now be readable
- Average rating calculation fixed
- Listings related to closed shops should no longer appear
- Datacard rental rules links now go to the SWC rules page for the entity they're for
- Granting API permissions could fail
