This is a quick hotfix to address a few important bugs that have surfaced:

- stock listings without stock were being displayed as available to be bought [Bug #125]
- cart will no longer try to increase quantity for Single Sale listings that are already present in the cart
- added some missing navigation options in the price index pages when on mobile
- removed deactivated shops from users dropdowns [reported on Discord]
