Silo will be assigned to the owner of the materials
Resale of materials is permitted.

fine print:
-Responsibility of requesting the re-assigning of a silo for change of ownership of it's contents falls to the content's current owner.
-Requests can be done via Dm/Discord to the Kolkpravis faction leadership
--by assigning Kolkpravis manager of the materials and setting the new owner as pilot.--
-Owner is advised to remain the materials pilot to prevent confusion, possibly leading to anger the Kaleesh.

-Container lease is valid for at minimum 2 years upon purchase, at this point material owner/pilot will be asked for an ETA, without response the contents are susceptible to be seized/purged.
